Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia dated 06.04.2022 No. 218 “On Approval of the Procedure for the Actions of Officials of the Customs Authorities of the Russian Federation when Using information systems for the placement of scanned documents”.
The sequence of actions of officials of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation in the use of technical means intended for information processing in order to place electronic images of documents in the EAIS, the submission of which to the customs authorities is required on paper in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Code of the EAEU and the legislation of the Russian Federation on customs regulation and applies to cases of submission of such documents for scanning:
1. before submitting a declaration for goods in order to minimize the number of requests by the customs authority for the original document during customs declaration;
2. after the submission of the DT before the release of goods at the request of the customs authority;
3. after the release of goods at the request of the customs authority or at the initiative of the declarant for the purpose of checking customs, other documents and (or) information after the release of goods.
Placement of electronic images of documents submitted by the declarant on paper in the EAIS is carried out by customs posts, with the exception of electronic declaration centers and rear customs posts.

The document invalidated certain resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation. In particular, the Procedure for the re-export of Russian goods by the EAEU member states, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 03.02.2007 No. 66 with amendments thereto, is no longer valid.
Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia dated 30.09.2022 No. 800 “On approval of the Technology of Customs operations in respect of timber placed under the Customs procedure of export”.
The technology of customs operations in respect of timber placed under the customs procedure of export has been approved.
The technology determines the totality and sequence of actions performed by customs authorities related to the use of information and software tools of the Unified Automated Information System of Customs Authorities (hereinafter referred to as IPS EAIS TO) in relation to timber included in the list of wood and its processed products determined in accordance with the unified Customs Code of the EAEU, which are subject to the requirements of the Forestry Code The Russian Federation on the transportation of wood and on the accounting of transactions with it placed under the customs procedure of export, as well as upon their departure from the customs territory of the EAEU.
Decision of the EEC Board dated 01.11.2022 No. 166 “On Amendments to paragraph 2 of the Decision of the EEC Board dated September 22, 2015 No. 122”.
Amendments have been made to the Procedure for the functioning of electronic PTS, PTS and PSM systems, approved by the Decision of the EEC Board No. 122 dated 22.092015.
According to the amendment, until December 15, 2022, inclusive, in Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, the deadline for issuing passports of self-propelled vehicles and other types of equipment has been extended according to a single form and the Procedure for filling it out, approved by the Decision of the EEC Board of 18.08.2015 No. 100.
Decision of the EEC Board dated 01.11.2022 No. 158 “On the classification of dental (dental) implants in accordance with the Unified Customs Code of the EAEU”.
The decision established that a dental (dental) implant made of titanium or its alloys, which is a threaded screw replacing the root of a lost tooth, implanted into the bone tissue of the upper or lower jaw of a person for the purpose of installing and fixing a dental prosthesis (separate tooth, bridge, covering prosthesis), is classified in subheading 9021 29 000 9 Customs Code OF the EAEU.
Decision of the EEC Board dated 01.11.2022 No. 160 “On the classification of pre-starting engine heaters in accordance with the Unified FEA of the EAEU”.
The decision established that the engine preheater, which is an electromechanical device connected to an electrical network with a voltage of 220 V, … is classified in subheading 8419 89 of the Customs Code of the EAEU.
